It is 7:30AM and im now drinking my meal replacement after the gym! This is the first time in MONTHS going back to the gym and it felt great. I've only been doing little excercises with my fiance at home but nothing fancy. i walked 4 miles on the treadmill and then went tanning. I feel like I look skinnier when i'm tan so i have to keep that up haha. How is everyone's day so far??? :)
My CW is 121 lbs. when i first started my diet, i was 134, so i have come quite a ways!! my GW is around 114 lbs. Whats yours!?
Purge here and there, but mostly restrict. Work out a lot.

Everyone says you have to throw up right after you eat or at least no later then an hour.
thats not really true.
i ate lunch, and 4 hours later threw up my dinner, and my lunch was STILL in my stomach. and some breakfast believe it or not.
I myself, struggle with bulimia and anorexia.
